I recently reached out to this insurance company for a quote after being recommended by a friend. The website was user-friendly and I found the information I needed quickly. The customer service representative I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable, but I did encounter a bit of a delay in receiving a response to my initial inquiry. The quote I received was fairly competitive, but I did find better rates elsewhere. Overall, my experience was average.
