I recently used their services to plan a trip and found the overall experience to be on par with my expectations. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the destinations. However, I encountered some delays in response time when communicating with their customer service team, which was a little frustrating. The accommodations and activities that were suggested were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The trip went smoothly overall, so I would say it was an average experience. I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail and communication.
