I had an average experience at Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center. The staff was nice, and the facility was clean. However, the wait times were longer than expected, and the pre-operative instructions were not clear. The procedure itself went well, and the staff was friendly. I would suggest improvements in the communication and efficiency of the center.
