I have been a customer of First National Bank of Hampton for several years and I must say that their service is average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been times when I felt like they were not as attentive as they should be. Overall, I would say that my experience with the bank has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
