The customer service at Marcy Village Apartments is excellent. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are very professional. The apartments are well-maintained and clean. I have been living here for a year, and I have had a positive experience so far. The location is also great, with easy access to shops and restaurants.
