I have recently tried one of the bike racks from Rockymounts, inc., and I have mixed feelings about it. While the rack served its purpose, I found the installation process to be quite confusing. The instructions were not very clear, and I had to spend extra time figuring out how to attach it properly. On the bright side, the customer service was helpful and assisted me in resolving my issues.
