I recently visited the auto repair shop located at myuptownautomotive.com for some routine maintenance on my vehicle. Overall, my experience was average. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, but the service was nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I felt that the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other repair shops in the area. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi available. The technicians completed the work on time, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to address any additional concerns I had. While myuptownautomotive.com provided average service, I believe there are better options available in terms of pricing and customer service.
