Prime Vista TV offers decent products, but their customer service needs improvement. I purchased a TV from them and faced some issues during the setup process. It took a while to get in touch with their support team and the response I received was not very helpful. However, once the TV was set up, the performance was good. Overall, I have mixed feelings about Prime Vista TV.
