My experience with Bandwin was average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I had some issues with the customer service as they were not very responsive. The product I received was of decent quality, but it was not exactly what I was expecting. The delivery was on time, which was a plus. Overall, I would say that Bandwin is an okay company to deal with, but they could improve their customer service.
