Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a contact improvisation workshop. It was such an incredible experience! The instructors were amazing and created a supportive and safe space for exploration. I learned so much about movement and connecting with others through improvisation. The workshop was well-organized, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn in a non-judgmental environment. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in deepening their understanding of improvisation.
