I had mixed feelings about Esa Distribution Pty Ltd. While their services were satisfactory, I felt that they needed to improve in certain areas. The website, skyvent.com.au, was easy to use, but the customer service could have been more responsive. The delivery was prompt, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, an average experience.
