I recently had the opportunity to work with the company and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was user-friendly and informative, providing all the necessary details about their services. However, I found the communication with the company representatives to be lacking in efficiency. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Nonetheless, once we established contact, the engineers were knowledgeable and professional in handling my project. The final outcome was satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. I also appreciated their willingness to address any concerns I had post-completion. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement regarding communication, the engineers were competent. ✌️
