The overall experience with Gomes Weine AG was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected and some of the bottles were not properly packaged, resulting in a broken bottle. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue and providing a refund. I would consider ordering from Gomes Weine AG again, but with some reservations.
