I recently had the opportunity to work with this firm and I must say, it was a decent experience 😐. The website was user-friendly and provided relevant information about their services. However, the overall service was just average. The response time was a bit slow, and I had to follow up several times to get the needed information. The team seemed knowledgeable 💡, but I expected more proactive suggestions and insights. The communication could have been better, as I often felt like I was left in the dark 🌑. On the positive side, the team was friendly and helpful when they did respond. Overall, my experience with the company was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement to enhance the client experience. 🤔
