I recently hired a home improvement company to do some renovations on my house, and the experience was quite average. Although the website was easy to navigate and had a lot of helpful information, I found the communication with the company to be lacking at times. The project was completed within the expected timeframe, but the quality of the work was not exceptional. The workers were friendly, but there were a few issues with attention to detail. Overall, the company did an okay job, but I was left feeling like there could have been more attention to customer satisfaction and the finer details of the project.
