I have been a customer of Jakes pub inc for the past two years and I must say, their service is average. The staff is courteous, but the wait time for food and drinks is longer than I would like. The ambience of the pub is nice, but I feel they could improve their menu. The prices are reasonable, but the quality of the food could be better. Overall, it's an okay place to hang out with friends.
