I had a mixed experience with Tum Logistics, Inc. There were some aspects of their service that were excellent, but there were also some areas where they fell short. The communication from their team was great, and they were always quick to respond to my inquiries. However, there were a few instances where there were delays in the delivery of my packages. Overall, I would rate them as average.
