I rented a property managed by Platinum Properties...

I rented a property managed by Platinum Properties Management Co. and the experience was okay. The property itself was in decent condition, however, I did face a few minor issues with maintenance and responsiveness. It took longer than expected for some repairs to be addressed, but eventually, everything was taken care of. Overall, an average experience.
