As a parent of a child with learning challenges, my experience with this company has been average. The website is user-friendly and provides a good range of resources and information about the services offered. However, the communication with the staff was a bit slow and the process of scheduling an appointment was not as smooth as I had hoped. The programs offered seem to be beneficial, but I wish there were more personalized options available. Overall, I appreciate the effort put into providing support for individuals on the spectrum, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and personalized care.
