I've been going to Poise Pilates for a while now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, and they make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to avoid any injuries. The studio is always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. You really can't beat the quality of the classes and the friendly atmosphere.
