I recently went on a tour with a company that I found online. The experience was great and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. However, there were a few things that could have been improved. The website could be more user-friendly and it would have been helpful to receive more detailed information about the tour beforehand. Overall, I had a good experience with the company.
