The service provided by Ash Creek Plumbing, Heating & Electric was just average. Although they were able to fix the issues with my plumbing, heating, and electric systems, the overall experience was not outstanding. The technicians arrived at my house on time, which was a plus. However, their approach lacked professionalism and attention to detail.

Moreover, the company website, ashcreekph.com, was not user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. The lack of clear pricing on their website was also disappointing.

While the company did complete the necessary repairs, I was left feeling underwhelmed by the overall experience. I expected more from a professional company in terms of customer service and communication. While my issues were resolved, I would not enthusiastically recommend Ash Creek Plumbing, Heating & Electric to others based on my personal experience.
