I recently purchased a few items from their website, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The quality of the products did not meet my expectations based on the photos and descriptions. Additionally, I found the customer service to be rather unresponsive and unhelpful when I had inquiries about my order. The shipping process was also quite slow, which was frustrating. Overall, I found the experience to be average at best. I probably would not shop there again.
