I have been using Norman Security Systems for a while now and I have to say that their service is average. While they do provide basic security features, I feel like there is more that could be done to improve the overall user experience. The customer support is decent, but there have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, it's an okay service but I think there are better options out there.
