Attended a class at a local yoga studio and had an incredible experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and created a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The studio is clean and well-maintained, with a variety of props available. I enjoyed the flow of the class and felt challenged in a good way. I will definitely be returning for more classes at Authentic yoga studio!
