My experience with Bundesforum kinder- und jugendreisen e.v. was quite average. The company website, bundesforum.de, provided all the necessary information, but I felt that the overall service could have been better. The staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. Communication could be improved, especially when it comes to responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
