I recently used this travel agency's website to book a vacation package and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly straightforward. However, I found the prices to be on the higher side compared to other travel sites I have used in the past. The customer service was decent, not exceptional. The agent I spoke to was polite and responsive, but I felt like they could have been more proactive in answering my questions and providing information. The overall booking experience was average, although I had expected a bit more for the price I paid. The vacation itself was enjoyable, but I can't say it was anything extraordinary. In the future, I may consider exploring other options before booking with this travel agency again.
