I've been a customer of Consorzio tutela mozzarella di bufala campana dop for a while now, and I must say their products are average. The taste is good, but I believe there's room for improvement. The consistency of their mozzarella is not always perfect, and sometimes it feels rubbery. Overall, it's a decent company, but I would love to see them stepping up their game.
