I have been working at Kontron Canada for a few months now, and I must say, it's been an enjoyable experience so far. The work environment is welcoming and supportive. The colleagues are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The management team is approachable and values the input of its employees. The company promotes work-life balance, which is a big plus. The only area where I see room for improvement is in internal communication, as sometimes important information doesn't reach everyone in a timely manner. Overall, Kontron Canada is a great company to work for!
