🐾 As a pet owner, I recently had to take my furry friend to Animal Medical & Emergency Hospital and I can say their services were quite average. The website, drdonn.com, provided detailed information about the clinic's offerings and contact details. However, the staff seemed slightly indifferent and lacked a warm and friendly approach. 🤷‍♀️ The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but the wait time was quite long. The vet we consulted with was knowledgeable and professional, but lacked a certain level of empathy towards our concerns. The overall treatment was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement when it comes to customer service. ⏳Prices were reasonable and explained before any treatment, which was appreciated. Overall, the experience was okay, but there are other animal hospitals that provide a more compassionate and attentive service. 🐶🏥
