I recently used the services of this company and found it to be just average. The website was easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their services. However, I feel that the overall customer experience could have been better. The response time to my queries was a bit slow, and it took longer than expected for them to process my request. The delivery was on time, but the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. On a positive note, the staff was polite and professional. While they did their job adequately, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to detail. Overall, an average experience.
