I had a mixed experience with Kompaï robotics. Their website is well-designed and informative, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The product itself is average, nothing extraordinary. It worked well for a while but started having issues after a few months. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a great company, but it's not terrible either.
