I have been traveling with South Florida Regional Transportation Authority / Tri-Rail for a while now, and I must say that the service they provide is average. The trains are usually on time, and the staff is friendly, but there is room for improvement. The seating could be more comfortable, and the cleanliness of the trains could be better. Overall, it's an okay experience.
