I recently hired a cleaning service from castlecleaning.net and my experience was just about average 🤷‍♂️. While the website looked professional and had all the necessary information, the service itself didn't stand out. The cleaners arrived on time, but their performance was mediocre. They did an okay job cleaning, but there were some areas they missed. Moreover, they left a few stains on my carpets, which was disappointing 😔. Though the price was reasonable, I expected better results. On the plus side, the customer support was responsive and dealt with my concerns promptly. Overall, I can't say I was completely satisfied with their service, but it wasn't terrible either. I might consider giving them another chance in the future, hoping for better results. 🤞
