I recently went on a trip with Phoenix Voyages Group and it was an average experience overall. The itinerary was well-planned, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but not very engaging. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a decent trip but there is room for improvement.
