I recently visited the eye care clinic and overall, I had an average experience. 🤔 The website was quite informative, providing details on services offered and their team. However, the actual clinic visit left me wishing for more. 😕 The staff was polite and professional, but the waiting time was longer than expected. ⏳ The eye examination itself was thorough, but I felt that the optometrist could have been more personable and engaged. 😕 The selection of glasses frames was decent, but I wished there was a wider variety to choose from. 😐 The prices were fair, but not exceptional. 💰 Overall, my visit was average, and while the clinic provided the necessary services, I feel they could improve on their customer experience. 👍🏼
