I had an average experience with Crunelle Insurance Inc. The website was easy to use and the rates were reasonable. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke with was not very knowledgeable and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I did eventually get the information I needed, but it took longer than expected. Overall, an okay experience.
