I recently tried using the internet services provided by Infinity Internet Inc. and I must say that my experience was quite average. The website, iinet.com, was easy to navigate and I appreciated the variety of options available. However, I did encounter some issues with the connection speed. At times, it was quite slow and it disrupted my browsing experience. Additionally, the customer service was satisfactory but not outstanding. The representatives were polite and willing to assist, but I felt that they could have been more knowledgeable and provided quicker solutions to my problems. Overall, I would rate Infinity Internet Inc. as an average company. They have the potential to improve their services, particularly in terms of connection speed and customer support.
