I recently purchased some baby products from this online store. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products. However, the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other online retailers. Although the quality of the products I ordered was satisfactory, the shipping process took longer than expected. The customer service was responsive, but I had to wait a while to get a resolution to my shipping issue. I appreciate that they offer free returns, but the process was a bit cumbersome. Overall, my experience with this company was average. It's not the best online baby store I've come across, but it's also not the worst.
