I recently had a very average experience with Western truck rental limited. The customer service was average and the vehicle I rented was just okay. I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it was also not terrible. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt like they could have been more knowledgeable about the different rental options available. Overall, an average experience.
