I recently engaged with this organization for a professional development program, and the experience was quite average. While the provided opportunities were beneficial, the communication and support throughout the process could have been more consistent. I found the application process to be somewhat disorganized, and the overall experience left me with mixed feelings. However, I did appreciate the effort put into offering diverse opportunities for personal and professional growth. The program's content was informative, but the delivery lacked the depth I was hoping for. Overall, I would consider engaging with them again, but with the expectation of improvements in communication and program execution.
