I absolutely love the Calisthenic Association of South Australia! Their website has been instrumental in my calisthenics journey. It is well-organized and offers a wide range of resources for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The instructional videos are clear and informative, covering various exercises and progressions. The community aspect is wonderful too, as it provides a platform to connect with fellow enthusiasts and share experiences. I can't recommend Calisthenic Association of South Australia enough!
