I recently bought a car from Scotti Audi Livorno Pisa. The overall experience was decent. However, I feel that the company could improve their customer service. The website, scottiugo.it, was easy to use and provided helpful information about the cars available. The only downside was the lack of communication from the sales team. It took longer than expected to finalize the purchase. Despite this, I am satisfied with the car and its performance.
