I had a great experience staying at Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The pool area is beautiful, and the drinks at the bar were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!
