As a customer of City of Griffin, I must say that their services are average. I have had both good and not-so-pleasant experiences with them. The staff is generally helpful, but sometimes slow to respond to inquiries. The website could use some improvement as well, as it can be difficult to navigate and find the information I need. Overall, I would rate my experience with City of Griffin as average.
