The cooking classes at this academy were fantastic. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic. I learned so much about Italian cuisine and got a chance to practice my cooking skills. The class sizes were small, which allowed for personalized attention. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it.
