I recently took a cooking class at the New Orleans School of Cooking and it was fantastic. The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate about cooking, and their love for New Orleans cuisine was evident. The class was hands-on and interactive, and I learned a lot of new techniques. I can't wait to test out the recipes at home!
