I had an average experience with Craftsman Electric, Inc. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient in their work. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the electrical issue I was facing. However, the customer service could have been better as I found the staff to be slightly unfriendly. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
