I recently worked with a realty company that claims to be different and unique, but I found nothing extraordinary about their services. The website of the company, although easy to navigate, lacked certain important information. I was specifically disappointed with the limited property listings they had available. The options were decent, but I expected more variety. The customer service was average too; the agents were polite but lacked enthusiasm and a personalized touch, leading to a somewhat impersonal experience. Also, the response time to my queries was not as prompt as I had hoped for. Despite these downsides, the company did complete the transaction smoothly and professionally. Overall, my experience was just average, and I wish they had lived up to their tagline of being unique and exceptional.
