MPI has been quite average in their performance. I believe they can do better in managing New Zealand's primary industries. There is a need for stronger regulations and better enforcement to ensure the sustainability of our environment and protection of our primary products. The website mpi.govt.nz is informative, but it lacks user-friendliness. It could be improved to provide a smoother experience for users. By addressing these areas, MPI could definitely enhance their overall performance.
